You may be wondering; what is Magical Makers and why is it so important?
Magical Makers is a wellbeing magazine for those who are chronically ill and/or neurodivergent. Created by disabled people, for disabled people!
Hi, my name is MJ and I am the owner of Magical Makers. I am diagnosed with AuDHD, dermatillomania, fibromyalgia, hEDS, depression, anxiety and other conditions. I try to be open about my disabilities in hopes that one day someone sees my content and doesn’t feel alone anymore.
The magazine is interactive with worksheets, doodle pages and colouring sheets inside. It also includes real life stories, tips and tricks, MH business and artist support, info dumps by the community and more!
The digital magazine will be £0.50 (unfortunately Ko-fi won’t let me do it for free) and the physical edition will be £3 + £1.55 postage This is to make sure I’m not out of pocket! I am keeping the physical magazine as affordable as possible and the online is free for those who are unable to pay! There will also be a gift option to add a few goodies to your magazine such as fidget toy, keyring, and more! These will be £5 + £2 postage
As for the profits of the magazine, this is how it’ll work!
100% of the donations go back into the project (unless you state that the donation is to the creator)
Majority of profits go towards the project and once enough has been made, new products will be on their way!
If this becomes a bigger thing, I will also do charity donations!
