Creativity and mental health. Why is it so important?
Something a lot of people think is that creativity is just drawing and painting. This isn’t true. Creativity comes in many forms.
The proper definition is…
“the use of imagination or original ideas to create something”
Now this could be something like solving a maths problem, or even choosing what outfit you will wear in the morning. Creativity isn’t limited to just painting.
The same goes for Art. Art comes in all forms! Even just completing a Conwy Mind worksheet could be a form of art.
What do you do that is a form of creativity?
Is there a type of music you like? Do you enjoy organisation? Are you a good problem solver? There are so many types of ways to be creative.
