Donating 21 wellbeing boxes for local charities for my 21st birthday

For those of you who don’t know, I am an artist and I also do some volunteering for local charities that have helped me throughout the past few years. Soon, I will be turning 21 and I wanted to use this as an opportunity to give back.

I am setting myself a challenge to create 21 wellbeing boxes and split them between 2 charities that have a special place in my heart.

Inside will have a range of things;

  1. Magnet + Keyring made by myself
  2. A notebook
  3. Mental health worksheets
  4. Positive quote prints
  5. Colouring sheets
  6. A bracelet!
  7. Reward stickers
  8. Post it notes
  9. Pencl
  10. And more!!!

These will be handed out by the charities to their clients or anyone they think would need them. I have had confirmation from 1 charity to say that they can take them, just waiting to hear from the second (if the second say they can’t, I will donate them all to the first charity!)

I love volunteering, especially to these 2 specific charities. They mean so much to me and have been supporting me for years. I’m excited to see what the future brings and hoping for more opportunities to volunteer for them.
