WC – Courses, wellbeing and group therapies!

As I am writing this, I am very overwhelmed. It has been a long week or, well, a long few days actually! I am tired and drained. However, we keep going and I thought that this would be a good distraction for me.

Contents of today’s blog

  1. New course start!
  2. Wellbeing course struggles
  3. Group therapy

So, let’s start at the beginning:

New course start:

I have been interested in starting a course and have finally found one (well – 2) that I am interested in. So, on Wednesday I purchased these courses on COE. 1 is about social media marketing and the other is on life coaching.

I have never done anything like life coaching before. However, I am interested in starting. I want to be able to support others with similar conditions and lifestyles to me. Even if it’s just through content creation and sharing things online.

Wellbeing course struggles

This Thursday, I went to an art for wellbeing course for adults. This group, we were doing diamond arts and I was so excited for it… that was until we went in and someone had brought a screaming child to the event (no hate to the child or parents) This was very overwhelming and way too much for me. I had to text my mum and was like ‘SOS, phone me to come home!’ (yes, I know I’m almost 21 and still pulling this shit! I have anxiety, okay?)

Group therapy

Then on Friday, I had group therapy which was yet another tiring day! It did go well, but I was extremally exhausted after it. I think it was more so due to being tired from the previous day and an hour and a half of socialising was a lot after that.

That brings us to the end of this blog post! Thank you so much for reading. I hope to see you in my next ❤
